Privacy policy
pressfwd is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We collect only what we need to review applications, process contributions, coordinate resources, and stay in touch with our community. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email, organization, website, and location
- Application content: project descriptions, intended impact, and uploaded files
- Resource offers: what you can provide, approximate quantity or value, and notes
- Contribution details processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers)
- Account information if you create a member account, including sign-in identity
- Basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages visited
How we use information
- Reviewing grant applications and resource offers
- Processing donations, subscriptions, and issuing receipts
- Communicating decisions, updates, and program information
- Meeting nonprofit recordkeeping, accounting, and legal obligations
- Improving the website and our programs
Payments
Donations are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card and wallet details are submitted directly to that provider and are handled under their security standards. We receive only the information needed to record and acknowledge your gift.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate—such as hosting, database, email, and payment partners—and when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not publicly identify a donor or applicant without permission.
Retention & security
We keep records for as long as needed for program, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Access to submissions is restricted to authorized team members, and data is stored with access controls in place.
Your choices
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information
- Withdraw an application or resource offer
- Unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time
- Cancel a recurring gift by contacting us

Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site functioning. We do not use advertising trackers.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. Programs involving youth are coordinated through parents, guardians, schools, or partner organizations.
